Welcome Walkers,

This is your chance to help support the Epilepsy Foundation by Team Walking on March 31st at Northpark Mall. In years’ past we have requested a registration fee. Not this year! We are encouraging all of you to contact everyone you know to have them financially sponsor you and your friends/family to walk. Of course, all donations are welcome. Set a goal for your team. For every $100 your team raises, you will receive two t- shirts to wear when you walk. All other t-shirts will cost $5.00. Please complete the registration form and return it ASAP.

Forming a Team

When you form your own team, you are the captain of the team and have an important role in our fundraiser. You are asked to:

Recruit your coworkers, friends, and family members to join your team. If you have a Facebook page, use to your communication advantage. Make suggestions to make it quick and easy to recruit teammates and communicate with them.

Broadcast an encouragement message or meeting notice from your Facebook page.

Make a team member a Co-captain to help with communication and team duties as necessary.
