Epilepsy Independent Support Program

The EISP (Epilepsy Independent Support Program) helps adults with epilepsy and other developmental disabilities to become more self-sufficient, develop independence in daily living, and become more fully integrated into the community. Our program is an intermittent EISP rather than a group home. Members of our program live in their own apartments and receive intensive case management. We offer EISP only in Rockford, IL. Whether you are looking for an intermittent EISP or a 24-hour EISP, it is important to research options in your area and contact the agencies that offer them. Most EISPs have waiting lists, so getting into one can be a lengthly process. For more information specifically about our program, contact Debra Collins.

SUPPORT GROUPS
