Moderator and Primary Presenter

Maureen Lowry-Fritz is the mother of four children, two of whom have received special education services. She is also an attorney serving families and professionals who are dedicated to children with special education needs. She says, “Through first-hand experience, I understand the challenges and rewards of raising special children. Using my law degree to help children with special education needs is now my vocation in life.”
