The Epilepsy Foundation – Quad Cities is once again very pleased to offer this opportunity for youth ages 8-22 living with epilepsy in our region. Acceptance to camPossible! will be on a first-come, first-serve basis with priority given to those campers who live within the Epilepsy Foundation of North Central Illinois service area.

We have made several changes to camp on ages accepted, check in, and check out times so please look for this information in the handbook and on the application. All six pages of the application package, Code of Conduct, and Release & Waiver forms MUST be completed in full and returned no later than April 26, 2019 to be accepted in camp. You are accepted into camPossible! unless you hear from the staff otherwise. Please review the Camper-Parent Handbook on the website as well, it will give a detailed packing list, covers other pertinent information and answers alot of questions. If you cannot find the answer to your questions please feel free to contact the office. Payment is due by May 25, 2019, scholarships are available for Illinois and Iowa campers based on financial need. A separate application is required, please contact the office to get an application. If upon receipt of your paperwork the camp is full, your camper will be placed on a waiting list and you will be notified. If you have any questions about camPossible! or the application process, please don’t hesitate to contact Angie Nelson: or 309.472.6264 or Brandy Huesmann: or 309.235.8446
